  • Learner data is only accessible to authorized organization personnel (instructors, administrators)
  • We do not share personally identifiable information with third parties without consent
  • Learners have the right to access and review their educational records
  • Organizations maintain control over learner data and can request deletion at any time

Data We Collect

Learner Data

  • • Name and email address
  • • Experience level
  • • Career interest responses
  • • Quiz and assessment results
  • • XP and progress metrics

Instructor Data

  • • Name and email address
  • • Organization name
  • • Session rosters and settings

AI Chat Safety

Our AI-powered career conversations include robust safety measures:

  • Content Moderation: Automatic detection of concerning content with instructor alerts
  • No Data Training: Learner conversations are NOT used to train AI models
  • Instructor Oversight: Instructors can review flagged conversations
  • Professional Responses: AI is prompted to provide professional, educational content only

Data Retention & Deletion

We retain learner data only as long as necessary for the educational purpose:

  • Data is retained for the duration of the organization's subscription
  • Upon subscription end, data is retained for 90 days then deleted
  • Organizations can request immediate deletion at any time
  • Deletion requests: Email privacy@bubbler.edu with your organization's deletion request
