Bubbler is committed to protecting the privacy and security of all user data. We understand the importance of safeguarding your learning records and have implemented the following safeguards:
- Learner data is only accessible to authorized organization personnel (instructors, administrators)
- We do not share personally identifiable information with third parties without consent
- Learners have the right to access and review their educational records
- Organizations maintain control over learner data and can request deletion at any time

Learner Data

- • Quiz and assessment results
- • XP and progress metrics
Instructor Data
- • Name and email address
- • Organization name
- • Session rosters and settings
AI Chat Safety
Our AI-powered career conversations include robust safety measures:
- Content Moderation: Automatic detection of concerning content with instructor alerts
- No Data Training: Learner conversations are NOT used to train AI models
- Instructor Oversight: Instructors can review flagged conversations
- Professional Responses: AI is prompted to provide professional, educational content only
Data Retention & Deletion
We retain learner data only as long as necessary for the educational purpose:
- Data is retained for the duration of the organization's subscription
- Upon subscription end, data is retained for 90 days then deleted
- Organizations can request immediate deletion at any time
- Deletion requests: Email privacy@bubbler.edu with your organization's deletion request
